Level Capital Club ("LCC", "we", "us") is a private-markets intelligence platform for family offices, publishing interviews, research and commentary. This policy covers the personal data we collect through levelcapitalclub.com and how we handle it. If you have questions, contact us at admin@levelcapitalclub.com.
We collect only what you give us directly:
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or third-party advertising scripts on this site, and we do not collect data automatically beyond standard web server logs (such as IP address and browser type) generated by our hosting provider.
We use the information you provide solely to: send the newsletter and updates you opted into; respond to enquiries submitted through our contact or join forms; and understand interest in joining the LCC community. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
At this stage, form submissions are processed manually by the LCC team rather than through an automated database. As our platform grows, we may introduce a dedicated email or CRM provider to manage subscriptions. If we do, this policy will be updated in advance and any such provider will be bound to equivalent data protection standards.
If you are in the UK or EU, you have the right under UK GDPR / EU GDPR to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to object to how your data is processed. To exercise any of these rights, email admin@levelcapitalclub.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
You can withdraw your newsletter consent at any time by emailing admin@levelcapitalclub.com with "unsubscribe" and we will remove you promptly.
We may update this policy as Level Capital Club grows. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date above.
